Keal Technology Announces VoIP Integration with sigXP for the Canadian Insurance Brokerage Community

Keal Technology Demonstrates Commitment to Delivering Leading-edge Technology by Becoming the First BMS Vendor to Offer VoIP Integration

CONCORD, Ontario, Canada — October 4, 2007 — On September 27th in Quebec City, Keal Technology announced to its national user group, Canadian sigXP/Signassure Users (CSU), their commitment to offer VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) integration with Keal’s flagship Broker Management System (BMS) sigXP. This is the first integration of its kind in Canada. Telephony integration will bring significant efficiencies to brokers across Canada; it will offer brokers the same tools that direct writers have been using for years.

Keal’s flagship product sigXP acts as a CRM within an insurance brokerage. sigXP boasts the strongest technological architecture available in the BMS industry, a Windows application, driven by SQL Server. An international provider has been selected and will be announced once integration contracts are signed. Functional specifications are already in the design process. VoIP and sigXP integration will offer brokers:
