Q: Do you offer integrations with any rating tools?
A: Yes, Keal partners with CompuQuote and PowerSoft (PowerQuote) to provide integration with sigXP for quoting and rating requirements.

Q: Can I use electronic funds transfer in sigXP as a form of payment and premium financing?
A: Yes, sigXP supports electronic funds transfer (EFT) which creates a flat file that goes directly into your clients’ bank account to streamline your procedures.

Q: Have you converted clients from other broker management systems?
A: Yes, our Conversion and Implementation Team have significant experience converting brokers from every BMS vendor in the marketplace. We will simplify the process.

Q: We use Microsoft Outlook for our email, can we integrate it with sigXP?
A: sigXP offers comprehensive integration with Outlook in the client file. Both in and outbound emails are dragged and dropped into the clients’ activity log.

Q: Will your solutions be able to handle our business as we grow?
A: Keal develops applications using the SQL platform, the most reliable, scalable database manager in the world. In addition, you can use multiple databases to set up your business. Each branch can be operated as a separate entity with different names, accounting, year end, and bank accounts but all on the same server. Multiple databases can also be used to set up other businesses like Property Management etc.

Q: Can multiple users access the same file simultaneously?
A: Yes, sigXP allows for team work on specific files at the same time.

Q: Do we need a separate accounting application with sigXP?
A: No, sigXP utilizes an accounting module that’s approved by an insurance industry accounting firm for reliability, audits, stability and ease of use. There are no mandatory day end or month end reports required.

Q: Can we customize form templates to match our needs?
A: Yes, both sigXP and comXP offer unmatched integration with Microsoft Word. There are hundreds of merge fields that can help you present your image how you’d like. In addition, there are many ‘built in’ templates available for use.

Q: What if we require technical support?
A: We have 3 support offices in Canada to support English and French clients and all time zones. In addition to telephone, email, and emergency paging support, errors are logged automatically from sigXP to our call logging system.

Q: Who will train my staff?
A: We have a very experienced team of trainers located across Canada to serve all provinces in French or English. Training can be done on-site at your office, at our Montreal office or through the internet via eLearning sessions. The length of the training will be determined by the number of people attending, the topic and/or the system(s) being implemented. Many training sessions are approved to receive accreditation hours.

Q: How does Keal support the development of its applications?
A: Keal is a privately-held, 100% Canadian company with development focus in this country and nowhere else. At minimum, 50% of monthly maintenance fees are reinvested in the product through development to ensure continuous enhancements. Keal is the only BMS vendor in Canada to attain Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status which provides our development team with unsurpassed development tools. sigXP is also a Microsoft certified product.
