Keal offers different methods for delivering training sessions

On-site sessions – delivered at your office or at ours, you get to interact face-to-face with one of our experienced trainers, located across the county ready to assist you.

eLearning sessions – try the power of internet-based quality training delivered right through your computer screen. All you need is access to the internet and a telephone and Keal takes care of the rest! This is Keal's solution to delivering quality training to clients without leaving your office or ours.

Customized sessions – every brokerage needs are different and that is why Keal offers custom tailored training to meet your expectations.

Support

We understand the importance of delivering premium customer service. Our knowledgeable customer service team is equipped with the tools and the technology to respond to your questions promptly and accurately.

Keal’s Virtual Call Centre - Whether by phone or by e-mail, all issues are tracked and routed to one location where they are logged, assessed and delivered to the appropriate customer service representative for resolution in real time. Governed by the Keal Service Level Agreement, calls are prioritized and addressed based on service level type.

Each call receives a ticket number within 1 business hour and someone will personally contact you when they are actively working to solve your problem. All calls can be followed on the secure client section of our website.

Keal’s Virtual Desktop - Sometimes it’s easier to show us what’s happening! From any of our offices, using secure connectivity tools, we can log into your system and observe your working environment exactly as you see it.

Keal’s System Down Hotline - We’ve structured our Helpdesk to cater to your urgent needs. Should your application be down and you are unable to work, Keal’s System Down Hotline is available during regular business hours. Someone is at the end of the line waiting to troubleshoot on the spot, no hold ups, no hassles, no problem!

Our bilingual customer service helpdesk is available between 7:30 AM (EST) and 7:30 PM (EST), with emergency coverage available 24/7. Keeping your brokerage up and running is a responsibility we take very seriously!
